			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Last week Eisenbrauns announced the third edition of <a href="http://www.eisenbrauns.com/item/HUEGRAMMA">John Huehnergard&#8217;s <em>A Grammar of Akkaidan</em></a>. <img src="https://www.eisenbrauns.com/assets/book_images/H/HUEGRAMMA.jpg" alt="Akkadian Grammar" /><br />
Amongst a variety of updates and revisions, a new appendix of Akkadian cognates found in Hebrew, Syriac, Geʿez, and several other related languages has been added that may be of some help to those interested in comparative etymology/lexicography. The pages load reasonably fast considering each is a separate image file. </p>
<p>Be sure to bookmark each for easy reference when you might not have access to print versions.</p>
